  • 30 days to 1 year in jail
  • driver ‘s license suspension: 180 days to 2 years

Third time Dallas DWI offense (Felony DWI):

  • up to a $10,000 fine
  • 2 to 10 years in penitentiary
  • driver ‘s license suspension: 180 days to 2 years
