DWI Attorney Dallas - Questions

If a person agrees to take a breath test, how long after driving does the test result become invalid?

According to the case Mata v. State, any breath test 2 hours after the time of driving removes the possibility of accurate extrapolation. Without extrapolation the State cannot show what your alcohol concentration would have been at the time of driving.
